Jennifer has worked with PEPL for nearly twenty years, growing from Recruiting Coordinator to CEO while staying true to what matters most—exceptional service for our clients and candidates.

She’s been the driving force behind our expansion – reimagining our processes, extending our geographic footprint, and crafting innovative delivery models that work better for everyone.

Her hands-on expertise in executive recruiting, HCM consulting, and talent optimization is complemented by a creative perspective and a determination to achieve results that matter.

Jennifer is a dynamic leader with a 15-year sales career specializing in HCM technology. Originally from Pittsburgh, she relocated to Atlanta in 2021 to spearhead a high-performing sales region at one of the largest HCM technology firms in the country.

As PEPL’s CRO, Jennifer drove 40% revenue growth in her first year through smart data-backed decisions. She builds powerful partnerships, transforms go-to-market strategies with tech innovation, and empowers her teams to excel. Jennifer combines big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership to create lasting success.

With over a decade at PEPL, she’s built a powerhouse executive recruiting team and an innovative internal sourcing function that consistently delivers results.

As a Georgia Tech graduate with a BS degree, Jade brings technical expertise and genuine passion to her mission: connecting clients with exceptional leaders who will grow, transform, and elevate their businesses.

A champion of coaching and development, Jaclyn believes in fostering a collaborative environment founded on trust, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement. By uniting operational excellence with a people-first mindset, she delivers solutions that truly matter—both for our clients and the organizations we serve.

A Georgia State University graduate with a bachelor’s in Risk Management and Insurance, Laura built a foundation as a Certified Financial Planner™ professional before pivoting her talents to operational leadership. 

Laura thrives on connecting the dots—seamlessly orchestrating strategic planning, finance, marketing, HR, and compliance to keep businesses running smoothly while staying ahead of regulatory requirements.
